As respostas dos endpoints de descoberta trazem `RateLimit-Limit` e `RateLimit-Policy`; ao exceder, a resposta é 429 com `Retry-After` (segundos).\n\n**Erros:** sempre no formato JSON do schema `Error` (código, mensagem e dica).",
